App-cached content is not shared externally by OVC and can be removed through app cache/offline options, device settings, or by uninstalling the app.

Payment information for Apple In-App Purchases is handled by Apple. OVC does not receive or store full Apple payment card details.

Within the OVC App, local files are sandboxed and not shared externally.

  • Initiate deletion of your OVC app account and associated app data;

  • Request deletion of stored personal information, subject to any legal or administrative retention requirements;

  • Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Account deletion can be initiated within the OVC App where this feature is available, including the iOS version of the app. Users may also contact OVC to request deletion of their account or associated personal information.

When an account is deleted, OVC will delete or de-identify the app account/member record and associated app data that is no longer required for legal, security, accounting, dispute resolution, or legitimate administrative purposes.

If you have an active Apple subscription, deleting your OVC account does not automatically cancel billing through Apple. Apple subscriptions must be managed or cancelled through your Apple Account subscription settings.
